The AF Pricing & Tender Management Operations Associate ensures that the strategies for the growth of the Air product in the country are executed in a timely and correct manner, thereby contributing to the closing of a greater volume of business derived from tenders and quotations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity of the product.

About the Job

• In this position you work closely with the sales team to understand our customers needs;
• You support the sales department by analyzing customer needs, contributing to proposals, and gathering insights to strengthen our market position;
• You hold close contact with our operational departments to ensure smooth handling of our business;
• Our customers can always count on you when it comes to correct and transparent pricing. You always ensure the best solution for all parties;
• You contribute to the Benelux pricing strategy and ensure the correct use of our internal systems while helping optimize profitability;
• You ensure that all agreements are executed correctly, focusing on quality, pricing, reporting, and customer satisfaction;
• You support the Customer Success process by closely following customer needs and contributing to improved volumes and results;
• Networking is great part of this position. Customers and carriers know where to find you.

About You

• You have extensive experience in Air Freight Forwarding (at least 5 years), preferably in a similar role;
• You have a strong network within the Airfreight Industry and are familiar with the various stakeholders;
• Y ou are a team player and driven to support other teams with the goal to collectively achieve customer satisfaction;
• You naturally possess commercial flair and are able to spot new opportunities like no other;
• You are entrepreneurial, ambitious, and able to plan and manage your work independently;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
