We're seeking a driven, charismatic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager with the opportunity to also be Certified Fitness Coach as well.

As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our gym runs smoothly, while also having the chance to kickstart your fitness coaching career—no prior experience necessary!

Your Role:

• Sales & Member Engagement: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for converting leads into members, promoting our training services, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
• Community & Brand Engagement: Build relationships within the community, promote our brand, and assist with local marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Daily Operations: Manage daily club tasks, including KPI analysis, member management, lead follow-up, social media posts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Fitness Coaching: You’ll provide members with effective, safe, and efficient workouts, generate referrals, and retain members by delivering outstanding results.

Availability:


This is a part-time position with 4 hour shifts as the Assistant Manager, with the flexibility to take on additional personal training hours.
