About You

• Confidence and professionalism to be the face of Hellmann to our customers—building trust, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service
• 2 years+ of experience in air freight operations
• Solid knowledge of Airfreight logistics industry and processes
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CargoWise
• A customs pin (big plus)
• Experience with perishable exports is also a big plus
• Availability to support a rotating weekend roster
