The opportunity

Boeing Defence Australia is looking to resource a support integration specialist (P3) to support the E-7A Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft. Initially this position will support the Korean publications program, but the role will potentially support other international based programs in future. The E-7A is a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system.

In this role, you will work within the Korea technical publications team, under guidance from the execution lead. You will manage day-to-day work scope for the team and coordinate various technical elements as required.

Responsibilities

The E-7 Korea technical publications coordinator responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate multiple and varied technical publication elements
  • Liaise with the leadership team to understand priorities and the publication delivery schedule
  • Direct and monitor technical publication development to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget
  • Plan, de-conflict, and monitor Technical Publications personnel and resources to identify efficiencies.
  • Conduct quality and in-process reviews of technical publication deliverables and;
  • Collaborating with technical publication team members, highlighting process improvements to the execution lead

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

  • E-7 platform knowledge
  • Experience in E-7 technical publications development
  • Experience in analysis / understanding of source data
  • Experience in the coordination of teams
  • Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance
  • Current Australian Citizenship

The preferred location for this role is Brisbane, Adelaide based applicants may be considered.
