Position Summary:
The Aesthetic Sales Manager is a field-based, revenue-driving role responsible for accelerating aesthetic growth across PDP practices. This individual works directly inside Platinum offices to activate staff, sell aesthetic programs, execute skincare and injectable events, and drive adoption of enterprise initiatives including Platinum Rewards and BestDerm.com.
This role serves as the execution arm of PDP’s aesthetic strategy, turning corporate initiatives into measurable, practice-level revenue through hands-on sales leadership, coaching, and event execution.
This role requires 50–75% travel to support practices across the PDP network. When in Dallas, attendance at the corporate office is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Practice Activation:
- Drive in-office aesthetic revenue across skincare, injectables, aesthetic services, memberships, and packages.
- Work directly with providers, injectors, estheticians, medical assistants, and front desk teams to improve:
- - retail and injectable attachment rates
- - consultation-to-treatment conversion
- - event-driven revenue
- Coach teams in real time on product recommendations, treatment conversations, and closing techniques.
Aesthetic & Injectable Event Execution:
- Plan and execute in-office aesthetic events including:
- - skincare events
- - injectable events and promotions
- - provider dinners and patient education nights
- - retail pop-ups, contests, and incentive programs
- Partner with skincare brand ambassadors, vendor educators, and PDP leadership to coordinate education, sampling, promotions, and follow-up.
- Own execution and post-event performance tracking to ensure ROI.
Enterprise Program Adoption – Platinum Rewards:
- Drive adoption and utilization of Platinum Rewards, PDP’s enterprise loyalty and membership platform.
- Support practices in leveraging Platinum Rewards to:
- - increase treatment frequency
- - support injectable and skincare events
- - drive patient retention and lifetime value
- Ensure teams understand how Platinum Rewards integrates with in-office care and BestDerm.com.
Vendor, Brand Ambassador & Campaign Execution:
- Work directly with skincare brand ambassadors and PDP-approved vendor partners to activate:
- - in-office education
- - retail initiatives
- - injectable and skincare campaigns
- Serve as the field lead to ensure brand ambassador efforts align with PDP initiatives, practice goals, and revenue targets.
- Translate brand education into actual utilization and sales, not just training.
Field Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
- Act as the feedback loop between practices, brand ambassadors, and corporate leadership by sharing:
- - barriers to adoption
- - provider and staff sentiment
- - operational or workflow challenges
- Surface best practices from high-performing offices to inform future initiatives and enterprise strategy.
Reporting & Team Integration:
- Participate in weekly team meetings to report field activity, wins, challenges, and priorities.
- Track and report performance tied to sales growth, events, and program adoption.
Success Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Growth in retail skincare and injectable revenue
- Event-driven revenue performance
- Platinum Rewards enrollment and utilization
- Adoption of enterprise initiatives across practices
- Measurable improvement in aesthetic KPIs at the practice level
QualificationsRequired / Preferred
Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales-driven aesthetic role within cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, or luxury skincare/beauty.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets in a commission-based or incentive-driven environment.
• Experience selling medical-grade skincare, injectables, and aesthetic treatment plans.
• Strong relationship-based selling skills with emphasis on follow-up, retention, and repeat business.
• Comfort working directly with physicians, injectors, clinical staff, and brand ambassadors in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with memberships, loyalty programs, packages, promotions, or financing programs preferred.
• Experience using CRM, EMR/EHR, or sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and operate independently in the field.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment, including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Physical Requirements: Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines, including computer and calculator; stooping and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals.
