Job Description

Position outline
Report to HR director of Division
Office:
- Day to day partnering and relationship management. Leadership team as key business
takeholders
- Manage escalated ER cases
- Aesop office talent framework and succession planning
- Full ownership on office recruitment as well as HC/cost management, co-work with HR team
and TA team
- Employee Engagement Survey action planning and results tracking
- Talent review for office and retail with HRD
Retail (BA):
- Full ownership : plan and execute HR strategy for retail talents in line with business strategy to make
greater place to work for, in cooperation with Retail & Education team
- Retail HC management & retail organizational structure
- Management and development responsibilities for one team member (Retail HR specialist)
