Job Description

As an AES - DE - Agile - Azure DevOps ALM Tool expert, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient development and deployment processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining code deployment, enhancing data security, and optimizing our engineering tools and systems. With your knowledge of Azure and DevOps tools, you will lead the way in automating and improving our software development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, coordinating with the development team for efficient code deployment.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated software delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to improve engineering tools, systems, and data security practices.
• Utilize Azure cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades, fixes, and new features.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure architecture advancements and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in data security and privacy.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of DevOps processes and procedures.
• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to the team's success.
• Continuously seek opportunities to automate and optimize our software development lifecycle.
