Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000

Job Purpose

Responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of aerospace‑specific logistics solutions in support of OEMs, MROs, airlines, and aerospace suppliers. Ensures solutions meet stringent operational, compliance, and service requirements while enabling scalable, competitive, and standardized aerospace offerings across the CEVA Air & Ocean network.

Key Accountabilities

Solution Design & Deployment

  • Design end‑to‑end aerospace logistics solutions including AOG, spare parts, MRO, and time‑critical flows
  • Translate customer requirements into executable, compliant, and cost‑effective logistics solutions
  • Support implementation planning, validation, and operational readiness prior to solution go‑live

Operational & Compliance Oversight

  • Act as subject‑matter expert for aerospace handling standards, escalation management, and service recovery
  • Ensure alignment with aerospace industry standards, customer SOPs, and CEVA quality frameworks
  • Support audits, customer reviews, and corrective action plans as required

Commercial & Customer Enablement

  • Partner with commercial and key account teams to support tenders, RFQs, and solution presentations
  • Maintain regular customer engagement to anticipate evolving aerospace logistics requirements
  • Provide solution input to pricing, procurement, and carrier strategy discussions

Network & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations, quality, procurement, and carrier partners to ensure solution feasibility
  • Engage with airlines, OEMs, MROs, and subcontractors to maintain current market and capability awareness
  • Serve as a central coordination point for complex, multi‑site aerospace solutions

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive standardization, optimization, and best‑practice adoption across aerospace solutions
  • Contribute to solution playbooks, SOP enhancements, and capability development initiatives
  • Support knowledge transfer and succession planning within the aerospace solutions community

Scope & Impact

  • Geographic Scope: Regional / Multi‑Gateway with global network interaction
  • Customer Scope: OEMs, MROs, airlines, Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 aerospace suppliers
  • Decision Impact: Solution design models, service frameworks, operational execution standards
  • Financial Impact: Influences solution cost structures, margins, and customer retention

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Technical / Professional

  • Strong knowledge of aerospace logistics operations, including AOG and MRO environments
  • Experience with air‑freight‑led solutions and integrated multimodal logistics
  • Background in solution design, operations management, or vertical‑specific logistics

Behavioral

  • Strong stakeholder influence in matrix environments
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and problem‑solving capability
  • Clear, professional customer‑facing communication skills

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in logistics or 3PL environments
  • Aerospace or aviation logistics specialization preferred
  • Prior experience in solutions, operations, or industry‑vertical roles
