
In the role of Shop Operations Supervisor, you will perform the daily operations of the Avenza plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. The role is intended to be performed on 3 shifts (Night, Day, Afternoon) and is intended for graduated candidates with proven experience in managing shifts in a production environment.

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.
