Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial and underground telecommunications networks. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, including climbing poles, working at heights, and operating equipment in various weather conditions.

• Install aerial and underground telecom cables (fiber optic and coaxial)
• Perform pole line work using climbing gear (spurs, ladders, Bucket trucks)
• Assist with new network builds, upgrades, and repairs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Complete daily job reports and documentation

Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience as an Aerial Lineman.
• Valid DZ Driver’s License.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors year-round.
• Good physical fitness (lifting, climbing, manual labor).
• Basic understanding of telecom networks.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
• Bilingual (French speaking is highly desirable).
• Experience with fiber optic splicing or cable installation
• Fall protection certification
• First Aid / CPR

Work Conditions
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Frequent travel within Ontario
• Overtime and on-call work may be required
