Job requirements

  • Experience Range: With at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics optimization, including web analytics and marketing technology reporting, and up to 6 years in related roles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Migrate and rebuild Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards into Customer Journey Analytics, translating segments, calculated metrics, and workspace projects into CJA dataviews and Analysis Workspace equivalents to ensure seamless reporting continuity. 2. Build and maintain clickstream-based reporting for web traffic attribution, landing page performance, cart conversion analysis, and campaign measurement across 40+ international locales, delivering actionable insights for marketing teams. 3. Support XDM schema review and configure dataviews in Customer Journey Analytics, ensuring consistency and accuracy of migrated dimensions and metrics for reliable data analysis. 4. Create and maintain pre/post comparison dashboards for site migrations and feature rollouts, implementing baseline measurement, UAT validation, and post-launch monitoring to track performance improvements. 5. Develop reporting dashboards for email campaigns, landing page templates, and MarTech experiments in Power BI, integrating scheduled data refresh from Databricks to provide real-time analytics. 6. Document dataview logic, create report templates, and produce reference guides to enable self-service reporting for marketing and product stakeholders, enhancing internal analytics capabilities. 7. Perform end-to-end data validation between Databricks analytical tables and front-end dashboards, confirming aggregated clickstream data, sub-channel definitions, and campaign metrics to ensure data integrity. 8. Execute pre/post migration validation checks and standardize repeatable data validation patterns for MarTech reporting pipelines, including SQL validation queries and comparison templates to improve QA efficiency. Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics 2. Expertise in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) 3. Strong SQL skills for data validation and query development 4. Experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics 5. Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization 6. Clickstream data analysis and reporting 7. Data migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics 8. A/B testing setup and analysis 9. Experience with Braze for email campaign analytics 10. Familiarity with XDM schema and dataview configuration Preferred Skills: 1. Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization 2. Experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation platforms 3. Knowledge of Adobe Target for digital marketing optimization 4. Experience with Google Optimize for user experience testing 5. Background in statistics for advanced analytics Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a closely related discipline 2. Adobe Analytics certification or equivalent recognized web analytics credential 3. Certification in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization Additional Information: This is a fully remote, contract-based position available to candidates authorized to work in the United States, Canada, or India. The initial contract duration is 3 months, with potential for extension. No relocation assistance is provided.
