Job Description

The AEM Full-Stack Developer plays a key role in delivering scalable, high-performing digital experiences across MarTech content ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, workflows, and integrations across Sites, Assets, and Forms. The developer will collaborate closely with the MarTech team, implementation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content-driven solutions that support business priorities, fan experience activations, and global scale.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
  • Have a working understanding of the AEM authoring interface to support QA, testing, and collaboration with content authors.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party services and internal systems (e.g., personalization engines, analytics, asset repositories).
  • Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture in collaboration with the Solutions Director and implementation partner.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and security by adhering to AEM development best practices.
  • Support international site rollouts, localization workflows, multi-lingual services, and multi-site management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and platform issues in partnership with QA and operations teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers or partner teams where needed.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of component libraries, code standards, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to manage builds, deployments, and environment setup as needed.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms).
  2. Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM front-end frameworks.
  3. Experience building and maintaining custom components, templates, and editable authoring tools in AEM.
  4. Understanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher configuration, and content repository structure (JCR).
  5. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and workflow customizations
  6. Familiarity with localization workflows and AEM multi-site/multi-language architecture.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and testing code.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) or AEM as a Cloud Service.
  2. Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Launch.
  3. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization best practices.
  4. Experience working in an agile or hybrid delivery environment with CI/CD pipelines
  5. Adobe certification in AEM development or architecture is a plus.
