About the job

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer-Enterprise Solutions to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role involves building enterprise AEM components, integrations, and enhancements while collaborating with architects, developers, designers, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong AEM development expertise, experience handling complex technical challenges, and a solid understanding of enterprise web application architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and functionalities based on business requirements.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM solutions for enterprise digital platforms.
• Customize and extend AEM capabilities using Java, Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL (Sightly), and Adobe frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, content models, and digital experience solutions.
• Integrate AEM with external systems, REST APIs, and enterprise applications to create seamless digital ecosystems.
• Configure and optimize AEM performance, including caching strategies, Dispatcher configurations, and scalability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with solution architects, backend developers, frontend developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Support application deployments across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Manager features, Adobe Cloud Service capabilities, and industry's best practices.

Requirements and Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level AEM solutions.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, development lifecycle, customization, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage technical challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across distributed teams and international stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean coding practices, and enterprise development standards.

Technical Skills Required :

Hands-on experience with:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service
• Sling Models, Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, and Services
• Java Content Repository (JCR) and JCR Queries
• HTL (Sightly)
• Touch UI Components, Templates, Dialogs, and Workflows
• Java, Java EE, JavaScript, XML, and JSON
• Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
• Unit testing frameworks and QA practices
• REST API integrations
• Adobe Dispatcher configuration and optimization
• Apache HTTP Server
• Maven/Gradle build tools
• Git source control
• Experience with AEM Cloud Service implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Launch / Adobe Tags
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Adobe Experience Manager ( AEM) certification is preferred.

Eligibility Requirement

This is an on-site role based in Singapore and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training (CLT) Programme. Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible to apply. Candidates who require any form of work pass sponsorship will not be considered.
