As a AEM Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced web applications by blending Adobe Experience Manager with modern front‑end and back‑end technologies. Your role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions that leverage AI-driven personalization and analytics, while ensuring seamless integration between Node.js services and React components. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and data scientists to deliver high‑performance digital experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, contribute to architecture decisions, and stay abreast of emerging best practices in the AEM ecosystem and beyond.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows using HTL, Sightly, and Java.
• Build reusable React.js front‑end modules and integrate them with AEM through the Headless APIs or Sling Models.
• Develop Node.js microservices that provide data, business logic, and AI inference services for AEM sites.
• Implement AI/ML features such as content classification, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics within AEM.
• Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO through code review, testing, and profiling tools.
• Integrate third‑party services (e.g., Adobe Analytics, A/B testing, AI APIs) and manage data layers.
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud deployment (e.g., Adobe Cloud Manager).
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to knowledge sharing practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
• Stay current with AEM updates, React advancements, Node.js releases, and AI trends, proposing improvements to the tech stack.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 7+ years of professional experience building enterprise web applications with AEM, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proven expertise in implementing AI/ML solutions within web platforms, including model integration and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of front‑end best practices—ES6+, Webpack, Babel, and responsive design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to model data architecture, design RESTful APIs, and manage multi‑tenant deployments.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including CKEditor, CRX, JCR, Sling, and Sightly/HTL development.
• Proficiency in Node.js frameworks (Express, Koa) and modern build tools (npm, Yarn, Lerna).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket Pipelines) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff, lead code reviews, and drive architectural discussions.
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and continuous learning.
