Lead

Cincinnati

area. Supervisory experience in the security industry
is required for this role, and we will provide additional training to those who

Primary Responsibilities

:


  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure
    the safety and security of the premises, conducting regular inspections to
    identify and deter potential security risks, illegal activity, or breaches.

  • Operate and monitor surveillance equipment to
    ensure the security of the premises.

  • Dispatch officers quickly and appropriately to
    respond to security incidents.

  • In the event of employee call outs, find
    alternate staff to ensure appropriate site coverage.

  • Multitask across various computer software
    programs with precision.

  • Manage a multi-line phone system.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication
    with site and company staff regarding security matters.

  • Assist with personnel supervision and staffing
    coordination.

  • Complete detailed incident reports and
    maintain accurate records of security-related activities as required.

  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents and
    take appropriate action.

  • Provide excellent service by assisting
    visitors and employees with inquiries and concerns.

  • Manage conflicts and disturbances in a calm
    and professional manner.

  • Work together with law enforcement agencies as
    needed.

  • Participate in ongoing training and
    professional development related to security functions and processes.

  • Other tasks as required by management.


Qualified Candidates
Must Have

:


  • Must
    be at least 21 years of age.

  • High
    school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least one year of supervisor/management
    experience in the security industry is required.

  • Flexibility across different shifts and work
    sites.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and
    overnight shifts when necessary.

  • Exceptional communication and situational
    awareness skills in multiple environments.

  • Ability to
    seamlessly multitask across numerous computer software programs.

  • Ability to manage
    a multi-line phone system calmly and professionally.

  • Advanced computer & technology knowledge
    with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel and
    Outlook.

  • Knowledge of and experience using CCTV.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication
    skills.

  • Motivated to perform and excel.

  • CPR & First Aid certifications are
    preferred (or willingness to obtain).

  • Ability
    to spend prolonged periods standing and walking.

  • Ability
    to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen.

  • Adaptable
    to changing situations & environments.

  • Conflict resolution and
    de-escalation abilities.

  • Ability to engage with a diverse
    group of people and populations, including law enforcement, building tenants,
    unhoused individuals, etc.

  • Professional appearance and
    demeanor.

  • Ability to work in the US
    without need for sponsorship.
