【職務介紹】
本職位專注於提供嵌入式系統 SOM (System on Module) 模組相關的技術支持與應用服務，包括 COM Express (COMe)、Qseven、SMARC 和 COM-HPC 模組等產品線。作為產品應用工程師，您將成為客戶與內部團隊間的技術橋樑，負責協助客戶應用產品、解決技術問題，並提升產品使用體驗， 需要具備良好的溝通能力、跨部門協作能力以及解決問題的技術專長，是連結技術與市場應用的關鍵角色。
【工作內容】
1. 協助客戶解決產品應用問題，提供應用範例與使用指導，支持客戶在整合專案中的技術需求。
2. 透過全球FAE反饋信息，模擬並分析問題，與研發團隊合作制定解決方案。
3. 以客戶視角參與新產品測試，評估應用場景並提出改進建議，提升產品功能與易用性。
4. 不定期提供產品相關培訓，支持國內外合作夥伴及內部同仁的技術提升。
5. 為SOM 模組的設計、電路審查及客製化BIOS、EC軟硬體需求提供專業諮詢與解決方案。
【具備條件】
1. 5年以上AE/FAE/EE相關工作經驗，具主機板設計經驗尤佳。
2. 大學、碩士電機電子工程相關、數學及電算機科學學科類。
3. 略懂C/C++/C#中至少一種程式語言 ；Windows / Linux 系統操作。
4. 英文可商用溝通。
5. 有服務熱忱，能與客戶直接對話。
