【職務介紹】
Application Engineer扮演客戶系統應用與產品研發之間的關鍵橋樑，透過對工業電腦硬體與系統架構的理解，協助客戶進行系統整合、分析並解決技術問題，並將實際應用端回饋轉化為新產品設計與品質改善的重要依據。
【主要工作內容】
1. 協助主機板、Edge PC 系統產品 進行開發測試、系統驗證與技術支援。
2. 分析並處理 硬體、BIOS、OS 與系統相容性 等技術問題，提供可複製的解決方案。
3. 提供研華全球客戶之產品技術諮詢（售前 / 售後），協助產品導入、系統應用與問題排除。
4. 與後端 RD / PM 團隊協同合作，進行實驗測試、問題重現、Root Cause Analysis與改善建議。
5. 將客戶端應用需求、技術回饋與問題趨勢，系統性整理回饋至產品設計與品質改善流程。
6. 規劃並執行產品教育訓練、技術分享與教材製作，提升內部與客戶端技術能量。
【人才需具備】
1. 2 年以上相關工作經驗（系統、硬體、技術支援、或 AE 角色）。
2. 大學、碩士電子電機資訊相關科系畢。
3. 熟悉電腦硬體架構、電子電路或系統整合概念。
4. 具備良好的問題分析、邏輯思考、多工處理與時間管理能力。
5. 能與客戶直接進行技術溝通，具備良好溝通表達能力與高度服務意識。
6. 面對專案與客戶需求具高 EQ、抗壓性與責任感。
