【職務介紹】
研華工業自動化事業群致力於提供智慧工廠軟硬體整合解決方案，透過工業控制、邊緣運算及工業物聯網技術，協助客戶實現智慧製造與工業自動化應用。
產品應用工程師主要負責 工業控制平台（ PAC）之軟硬體整合、系統驗證及技術支持，從控制軟體、作業系統、工業通訊到硬體平台，協助建立穩定且具即時性的工業控制解決方案。
隨著工業控制逐漸朝向 Software-defined Control 與開放式控制架構發展，本職務將參與不同 PAC 平台與控制軟體之整合與驗證，包含 CODESYS、 Real-time Control、 EtherCAT 及 I/O 等相關技術，並與產品、研發及平台團隊合作解決系統整合問題。
同時，也將參與國內外客戶及專案需求評估，協助進行系統架構規劃、功能驗證及技術可行性評估。對於希望深入發展 PAC、 PLC、 Real-time Control、 Industrial Communication 及軟硬體系統整合 技術的人才，本職務能提供從產品平台到實際客戶應用的完整實務經驗。
【主要工作內容】
1. 協助客戶處理相關產品應用問題，提供應用範例或文件並教導客戶使用產品，另針對特定整合專案提供事前咨詢以及事後產品技術支援。
2. 透過全球FAE回饋現場資訊，複製現場客戶應用問題後進行分析，與產品部RD合作解決問題。
3. 新產品研發階段，以客戶角度進行產品應用面評估測試，在使用者友善介面及特殊軟硬體應用，提供產品部建議，增強產品使用者友善功能。
4. 不定期提供國內外合作Partner及內部同仁產品訓練課程。
5. 不定期前往國內外應用現場，了解客戶專案上的需求以及提供專業技術的建議支援。
【必要條件】
1. 電機電子、機械工程、資訊工程相關大學、碩士畢業。
2. 英語流暢，能與國外客戶溝通。
【加分條件】
1. 具備CODESYS控制系統相關經驗或基本概念者佳。
2. 具備基本程式設計及系統整合能力，熟悉 C、C++、C#、Python 或 IEC 61131-3 任一程式語言，並對軟硬體整合與問題分析具有興趣。
3. 具備良好的邏輯分析、問題解決及溝通協調能力，能閱讀英文技術文件，並能與跨部門及海外團隊進行技術討論。
