【職務概要】
本團隊作為研華在全球工業電腦與智慧博弈硬體市場的領先技術骨幹，致力於推動新一代高階專用主機板與硬體系統的全球落地，以迎接高性能多螢幕渲染與邊緣 AI 智能化升級趨勢。本職位專責核心博弈產品線（如 DPX-E、DPX-S、DPX-M、DPX-LED 系列）的全球技術支援與應用服務，日常涵蓋海外客戶問題解決、跨部門研發協作、新產品驗證與技術轉移培訓。
此角色將扮演「客戶」與「內部研發」間的關鍵技術橋樑，透過精準的問題分析與整合解決方案，有效提升全球客戶導入效率並優化終端體驗，同時從應用端反哺研發，創造市場競爭力壁壘，穩固公司的產業領導地位。
【主要工作內容】
1. 協助全球客戶解決產品應用問題，提供技術建議與使用指導。
2. 根據客戶反饋進行問題模擬、分析，並與研發部門協作擬定解決方案。
3. 參與新產品驗證，從應用角度提出改善建議。
4. 規劃與執行對客戶及海內外團隊的產品教育訓練。
5. 針對軟硬體應用需求提供整合解決方案。
【必要條件】
1. 大學或碩士（電機、電子、資訊、計算機工程等相關科系）。
2. 具 1~2 年 AE/FAE 或相關工作經驗。
3. 英文中等（具TOEIC 600 分以上尤佳），需時常與客戶溝通。
4. 熟悉電腦系統架構、BIOS 相關基礎概念。
5. 優異溝通能力與團隊合作精神，抗壓性高，具主動學習與問題解決能力。
【加分條件】
1. 具嵌入式系統或軟硬體整合經驗尤佳。
