【職務說明】
我們正在尋找產品應用工程師，主要負責工業級 Flash 與 Memory 解決方案（如 SQFLASH、DRAM 模組）。此職位將作為客戶、研發與產品團隊之間的重要橋樑，確保產品成功導入、問題有效解決，並提升整體客戶滿意度。
【主要工作內容】
1. 擔任 SQFLASH 與 Memory 產品技術窗口，提供 Flash 與 Memory 產品（SSD、eMMC、DRAM）售前與售後技術支援。
2. 協助客戶進行產品設計導入、驗證與問題排除。
3. 分析客戶端問題並提供 Root Cause Analysis與改善對策。
4. 執行技術簡報、教育訓練與解決方案提案。
5. 與 PM / 業務合作，將市場需求回饋至產品規劃，推動產品優化與提升競爭力。
6. 進行系統層級問題分析（ BIOS / OS / Hardware interaction），使用工具與 Log（如 SMART、 Firmware log）進行問題定位。
7. 協調問題追蹤與解決進度，支援關鍵客戶與重要專案。
【資格條件】
1. 電機、電子、資工或相關科系學士以上。
2. 具產品工程 / 系統工程相關經驗者為佳。
3. 熟悉NAND Flash / SSD 架構、DRAM 模組、儲存介面（SATA / NVMe / PCIe）等技術領域。
4. 具備系統層級除錯與問題分析能力。
5. 具備客戶應對經驗與良好溝通能力，英文可閱讀 書寫 / 溝通。
【加分條件】
1. 具工業電腦或嵌入式系統經驗。
2. 熟悉 Linux / Windows 系統或 Driver 行為。
3. 了解 BIOS / Firmware 架構。
4. 具備失效分析或可靠度測試經驗。
5. 熟悉邊緣運算或工業應用場景。
