本職位專注於研華 ARM 架構 產品線的技術應用與全球客戶支援。作為AE應用工程師 ，您的核心價值在於解決客戶將系統導入 ARM 平台時遇到的各類技術瓶頸。需要具備系統級除錯思維的人才，能協助客戶在 ARM 嵌入式環境下，從底層開機到應用層對接過程中，精準定位並修復各類系統Bug。
【Responsibility】
1. 針對客戶在 ARM 平台（如 Qualcomm, Rockchip, NXP 系列）上遇到的系統崩潰、驅動異常或效能瓶頸，進行深層 Bug 追蹤與修復建議。
2. 運用對 ARM 架構（從 ROM Boot、SPL 到 U-Boot）的邏輯理解，協助客戶解決開機階段的引導錯誤與硬體初始化問題。
3. 指導客戶在 Linux 系統下調校 ARM 環境的常用介面（如 GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART），並協助建置基於 Docker 或 Git 的維護流程。
4. 具備解析系統 Log 與 Error Message 的能力，能獨立查閱 ARM 原廠技術文件，找出問題根因並提供 Workaround 或解決方案。
5. 將處理過的典型 Bug 案例與 ARM 平台特殊設定，轉化為英文技術 FAQ 或 Application Notes，提升全球服務體系的解決效率。
【Qualification】
1. 大學以上資訊工程、電子或電機工程相關系所畢業。
2. 熟練操作 Linux 系統指令、Shell Script、熟悉 Git 版本控管與 Docker 環境使用。
3. 具備 Python 或 C++ 語言的閱讀與調試能力，能看懂並分析程式錯誤。
4. 能說明 ARM 架構從上電到 Kernel 加載的完整流程，並具備除錯邏輯。
5. 對解決 Bug 有高度熱忱，具備主動學習動能 ，能面對未知問題找出答案。
6. 需與客戶進行英語溝通，TOEIC 750以上。
7. 具備實際操作 ARM 開發板進行系統除錯之經驗加分。
