In this role, you will work on strategic legal matters involving medium and high-complexity cases while contributing to efficient legal risk management and client support. Accountabilities:

  • Draft procedural documents and legal pleadings related to civil and consumer law matters, including medium and high-complexity cases.
  • Analyze legal proceedings to support risk assessment, provisioning, and strategic recommendations.
  • Update and manage information within internal legal management systems and databases.
  • Support the monitoring and control of procedural deadlines, hearings, and legal workflows when necessary.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress, legal strategies, and procedural updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient legal operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and case management practices.

    • Requirements:

    • Solid knowledge of Civil Procedural Law and Consumer Law.
    • Previous experience handling civil litigation and consumer-related legal matters.
    • Proficiency using legal management systems and digital legal platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills for process review, legal assessment, and preparation of legal opinions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization and attention to detail.
    • Strategic mindset, resilience, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and technology-oriented legal environment.
    • English proficiency will be considered a plus.
    • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is required.
