Job Description

BDO Legal is een dynamisch en ambitieus team van advocaten en paralegals met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en multidisciplinaire samenwerking. Ter ondersteuning van de partners met het oog op de verdere groei van BDO Legal in de ruime regio Antwerpen zoeken we een gedreven advocaat stagiair(e) om het dynamisch team te vervoegen.

What will you be doing?

  • Opstellen van adviezen en contracten binnen commerciële en vennootschapsrechtelijke kwesties.
  • Begeleiden van cliënten bij oprichtingen, statutenwijzigingen, aandeelhoudersvragen en andere zakelijke juridische trajecten.
  • Meewerken aan due diligence, ondersteunende documentatie en voorbereidende werkzaamheden bij transacties.
  • Opstellen en onderhandelen van commerciële overeenkomsten en algemene voorwaarden.
  • Direct cliëntcontact: adviseren, opvolgen en uitbouwen van klantrelaties in de regio.
  • Actieve deelname aan netwerk- en client development-activiteiten ter versterking van onze aanwezigheid in de regio.
  • Samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire teams met collega's binnen BDO (fiscale en financiële experts).
  • Naleven van deontologische en vertrouwelijkheidsregels in alle contacten en dossiers.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Je zit in je Master Rechten. Een Ma-na-Ma in Vennootschapsrecht of het Notariaat is een plus.
  • Je bent hands-on mentaliteit, proactief en nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands; goed Engels vereist. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je hebt interesse in commerciële en zakelijke aspecten van juridische dienstverlening.
  • Je toont discretie en professioneel gedrag: respect voor vertrouwelijkheid en deontologische regels.
  • Het is een pluspunt als je kan werken met MS Office.
