
Advisory & Surge Deployments Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Palladium's Advisory and Surge Deployments team, supporting the mobilisation of consultants who deliver critical expertise to governments and humanitarian responses worldwide.
As a Deployment Officer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end deployment journey, acting as the primary point of contact for consultants and ensuring deployments are delivered smoothly, professionally and in line with Palladium's and HMG's duty of care requirements. Working predominantly across CHORD, with opportunities to support Standby Partnership (SBP), UNDAC and other government clients, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of international programmes and emergency response activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their project coordination, stakeholder management and deployment expertise within a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Alongside day-to-day consultant management, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes, build team capability and support the delivery of high-quality deployment services.
Reporting to the Advisory and Surge Deployments Deputy Team Lead, this role offers excellent opportunities to learn, grow and develop a career in humanitarian operations and project management.
Project Overview: The Humanitarian and Stabilisation Operations Team (HSOT) is contracted by Palladium to deliver the Humanitarian Emergency Response Operations and Stabilisation Programme (HEROS), working with FCDO’s Conflict and Humanitarian Operations Department (CHORD) as well as multiple UK Government teams and partners in 130 countries. Within HEROS, the Advisory and Surge Team (A&S) provides operational and advisory support to meet humanitarian needs and restore stability in sudden-onset disasters, protracted crises and complex emergencies.
