Within our Strategy& Automotive team, we are seeking a Manager with a proven track record in consulting or corporate strategy to strengthen our capabilities, bring innovative methodologies, and help deliver market-leading offering to our clients.

Strategy& Automotive Practise

What You Will Do

• Lead and deliver projects across the entire automotive value chain (OEMs, suppliers, dealers, fleet owners, investors in the industry)

• Work on fast-paced engagements across corporate strategy, M&A transactions, business planning, project management and go-to-market strategy

• Partner with C-level executives to help them shape the future of their businesses

• Drive thought leadership, client development, and market visibility of our Automotive proposition

• Coach, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

What We Are Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in top-tier consulting or leading corporate firm, with a track record of successfully delivered projects

• Expertise across corporate strategy, M&A, business planning, program delivery, and go‑to‑market

• Mastery in articulating strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong C-level presence, with excellent written & oral communication and influencing skills

• Superior analytical skills and unparalleled attention to detail

• Excellent academic credentials

• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
