What you’ll do
CrossBoundary Advisory is seeking an Advisory Staffing and Recruiting Specialist to join the Corporate Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in talent operations and workforce planning within a dynamic professional services environment. The role supports day-to-day staffing as part of the Corp Dev team, with additional recruitment activities as part of the People Team, to ensure Advisory teams are efficiently resourced.
The candidate will work closely with leadership and project managers to coordinate staffing across engagements, maintain financial visibility on project budgets and profitability, and build the systems and databases that support smarter resourcing decisions as the firm scales.The candidate will also be responsible for contributing to candidate sourcing and selection for business development requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Advisory Staffing & Utilization Support (70%)
People Data, Systems, and Workforce Intelligence (15%)
Business Development Recruiting Support (15% of bandwidth)
