Acxiom Salesforce Solutions is seeking an Advisory Solutions Director – Salesforce Health Cloud & Life Sciences to join our remote North American-based Sales and Marketing Team. This strategic role focuses on expanding Acxiom’s footprint within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech sectors through the consultative selling of Salesforce Health Cloud and Multi-Cloud Solutions.
You will engage with organizations across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and healthcare services, helping them drive innovation, improve patient and provider engagement, and enable data-driven growth using Salesforce technology.

You will engage with organizations across theMedia andTelecomindustries,helping them drive innovation,customerengagement, and data-driven growth using Salesforce technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive strategic growth withinthe Media andTelecomverticals by positioningrelated multi-cloud offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud,Experience Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Media Cloud, Communications Cloud,Data360 andAgentforce).

  • Advise clients onAcxiom’sdata management strategiestooptimizeData360 andAgentforce

  • Lead solution strategy sessions, opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposal presentations, and statement of work (SOW) negotiations with C-level stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners toidentifyand close newlogoopportunities inMedia andTelecom

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and solution demonstrations aligned to client business and technologyobjectives

  • Manage and influence the complete sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition from strategy through implementation.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships within theMedia andTelecomecosystem to support sustained growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with Acxiomadvisory,engineering,deliveryand marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategiesand solution offerings

  • Maintainaccuratepipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with company goals and sales targets.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends inMedia andTelecomto position Acxiom as a trusted thought leader.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of sales or account executive experience, preferably within Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services

  • 3+ years of experience working withMedia andTelecomclients.

  • Proven experience selling SalesforcePlatformandrelated Salesforceindustry solutions and/or accelerators

  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Information Technology,Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Salesforce Certificationsin multiple Core Clouds, Media Cloud and Communications Cloudare stronglypreferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Media Cloud, Communications Cloud,Data360 andAgentforce

  • Familiarity with Media andTelecombusiness processesand industry challenges

  • Exceptional consultative selling and strategic solutioning skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, withexperienceengaging executive-level audiences.

  • Collaborative and influential leadershipstyle;thrives in a “win as a team” environment.

  • Eligible to work in the region where the job is advertised without the need for current or future sponsorship.
