Our Advisory team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation and growth. As a Senior Associate, you will play an important role in delivering high-impact advisory services to our clients, leveraging your experience to help solve complex business challenges and support strategic initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, interact with clients, and further develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities for this role will include interacting with clients in a professional manner to support information gathering, analysis and issue resolution; supporting project management activities by tracking deliverables, milestones and timelines; contributing to client engagement, advisory support, deals and transaction support, data analysis, strategy development and planning, presentation and reporting, business development and collaboration; and providing guidance and informal coaching to junior team members where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degreefrom arecogniseduniversity;

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, advisory, finance, businessanalysisor a comparable professional services environment;

  • Experience within a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm is strongly preferred;

  • Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support problem-solving, strategicdecision-makingand planning activities;

  • Ability to contribute to clear,structuredand client-ready deliverables, including reports,presentationsand analytical outputs;

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBIand Alteryx;

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving,communicationand interpersonal skills; and

  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams, adapt to changing project requirements,maintainconfidentialityand uphold professional standards
