Responsible for the strategic management, development, governance, and execution of advisory investment products and platforms. Partners across Wealth leadership, Investments, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver product enhancements, support business growth objectives, and maintain a competitive advisory offering. Serves as the business owner for assigned advisory products and initiatives, overseeing product strategy, platform evolution, risk and governance processes, advisor engagement, and vendor relationships. Identifies opportunities to enhance the advisor and client experience through product innovation, operational improvements, and platform capabilities designed to drive adoption, asset growth, and overall business results. Develops and executes product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and market trends, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and implement enhancements. Provides ongoing oversight of product performance, utilization, and competitive positioning while supporting advisor education, recruiting initiatives, and field engagement efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for Wealth Advisory platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, advisor needs, and evolving client expectations.
2. Serve as the business owner for major platform transformation initiatives, including advisor recruiting transitions, client asset conversions, platform migrations, and implementation of new advisory capabilities.
3. Direct complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution, partnering with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives.
4. Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, increase client engagement, and support business growth.
5. Partner with platform providers and strategic vendors to influence product direction, advocate for business requirements, and drive delivery of enhancements that support the advisory business.
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience
2. Minimum 10 years of wealth management experience
3. Management responsibilities and prior experience
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
1. FINRA Registrations 7 and 66 or equivalent
