Our Advisory team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation and growth. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact advisory services to our clients, leveraging your expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, interact with clients, and further develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities for this role will include Client Engagement, Data Analysis, Strategy Development & Planning, Project Management/Leadership, Presentation and Reporting, Business Development and Mentorship.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from an accredited university;
Internationally recognised professional qualification such as CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA. Candidates with other professional or academic qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered;
6 years of relevant experience working in a Big 4 or consulting environment;
Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and planning activities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx);
Proven track record of successfully managing consulting projects, client relationships, and teams;
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
