As an Advisory - Deals - Valuation - Associate, you will engage in providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. Within our Deals practice, you will apply a learning mindset and take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives, and adopt habits to sustain performance. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, contributing to the success of our clients and the team.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
- Collaborating with team members to navigate complex transactions and maximize client value
- Applying financial modeling techniques to evaluate deal structures and potential outcomes
- Conducting balance sheet analysis and asset valuation to inform client decision-making
- Utilizing tools like Alteryx for automation and efficiency in data analysis
- Engaging in market trend analysis to provide insights into industry developments
- Developing skills in corporate finance and financial regulation to enhance client support
- Participating in stakeholder engagement to understand diverse perspectives and needs
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and adapting to client challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
