• Are fully proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.

As a Junior Associate in our Transaction Support practice, you will be part of a team advising clients across a range of M&A transactions You will work directly on engagements, gaining hands-on exposure to the full deal process while building a strong technical foundation in financial due diligence. 📝💡

• Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements and transaction-related assignments.
• Analyze financial statements, identify key trends, and assess business performance and risks.
• Prepare and maintain working files, including data packs, analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Work closely with senior team members and collaborate across service lines when required.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
