Would you like to help organisations manage environmental, occupational health and safety requirements in practice? Are you motivated by conducting audits, identifying compliance gaps and operational risks, and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical improvements? Would you like to join a strong, multidisciplinary environment that supports clients in developing systematic and risk based EHS practices?
If this sounds interesting, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be a great opportunity. Join our Compliance, Sustainability and Transactions department as our new Advisor or Senior Advisor in EHS and Compliance and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
As our new EHS and Compliance consultant, you will support clients in understanding, implementing and following up on environmental, occupational health and safety requirements. You will lead compliance audits and regulatory assessments of clients’ operations, practices and management systems, with a particular focus on industrial activities.
You will work with clients across sectors such as manufacturing, data centres, chemicals and energy. Your assignments may include assessing the practical implementation of regulatory requirements, including requirements related to the handling and storage of chemicals. You will identify compliance gaps, operational risks and opportunities for improvement, and translate your findings into clear reports and practical, actionable solutions. The role includes both independent assignments and multidisciplinary deliveries, giving you the opportunity to work with colleagues from different areas of expertise. You will also contribute to the development of Ramboll’s EHS management systems and compliance services, client relationships and market activities. Through Ramboll’s international professional network, you will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and clients across countries and support global deliveries.
We also believe you will thrive in this role if you work in a structured and analytical manner, are curious about our clients’ operations and can combine professional rigour with practical and actionable advice. You should be comfortable working independently, leading client activities and collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines and countries.
