Advisor, Technical Business Analysis

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst Advisor, specializing in cloud-native technologies and Vision NEXT. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze complex data sets, and recommend transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive performance.

What you will do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to comprehend their processes, challenges, and goals in the context of cloud-native solutions and Vision NEXT.
• Analyze and document functional requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical specifications for development teams.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess intricate data sets, providing insights and actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and the capabilities of cloud-based technologies.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps and user stories, that captures project requirements and technical specifications.
• Support project implementation by actively engaging in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, fostering clear communication and understanding of cloud-native concepts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing workflows, leveraging modern technology solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly in cloud-native technologies and Vision NEXT, to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

What you will need to have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native technologies and Vision NEXT.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, data analysis, and system integration in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools and project management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
