The Role:Advisor, Shared Services FA

ResponsiblefortheFixedAsset Management The full cycle of thefixed assetprocess includesassignCapital and Expense Project number,createFixed Asset number,performfixed assetdisposal,transfer transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals andsub report

In this role you will:

• Create andmonitornew Capex Projects,maintainwell fixed asset management, prepare subreportfor month end closing, monitoropen projects thatoverdue

• Research items andmakesadjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapers.

• Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts withinBlacklinesystem.

• Provides support to internal and externalauditand serves as SAP super user.

• Participates inEntegriscontinuous quality improvement process and dedication tostakeholdersatisfaction.

Traits webelieve make a strong candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/financeor relevant field

• Experience in SAP and Excel

• Experience inMicrosoft Power Platformwill beaddedadvantage.

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to make decisions andproblemsolvebased on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the Global Fixed Asset team, Financedepartmentand overall organization.
