Join our team as a Recruitment Support Advisor, where you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and timely execution of administrative tasks, support global initiatives, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance process effectiveness and precision.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks within Employee Services.
• Provide recruitment support and operational assistance to colleagues, following guidance from managers and specialists.
• Maintain strong relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality processing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous task execution and delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness and precision.

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven experience with Employee Services processes and basic understanding of hire to retire processes with focus in employee benefits.
• Experience with HR Master Data Systems e.g. SAP, Workday and experience with service transitions.
• Work experience with ticketing systems e.g. Service Now
• Experience from Shared Service, Human Resources, Recruitment
• Team player with proactive approach
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken - fluent in another European language ideal but not essential
• Advanced Microsoft Skills - with strong focus on Excel
• Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast paced environment with the ability to work autonomously
• Analytics and data management experience with the ability to turn insight into action
