As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial buildings. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients in your sector. You drive results by handling complex requests regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions and providing upstream advisory service for negotiating real estate brokerage agreements. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
