Enterprise Services | Nuku Toiere plays a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation operates and succeeds. As an enterprise-wide function, the branch delivers high-impact services across legal, finance, people and culture, communications, and strategy, governance and risk, supporting informed decision-making and strong organisational performance.

The role | Te tūnga

Support key organisational development initiatives and events that help enable Te Tari Taiwhenua to be a high-performing organisation and a great place to work.

Working collaboratively within a team of organisational development (OD) professionals, you will contribute to the design and delivery of OD and learning programmes and initiatives across the organisation.

The team’s work programme is at an exciting stage, with a strong focus on talent management, organisational culture, performance management, and capability development.

We are now looking for an OD Advisor to join the team and support a range of key projects and initiatives, with a particular focus on coordinating and supporting DIA’s leadership development programmes and organisation-wide events.

What you bring | Nōu te rourou

  • Experience in the end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale events.
  • A solid understanding of how OD initiatives shape the employee experience across all aspects of the employee lifecycle; including induction, performance, talent management, leadership development, and culture and engagement.
  • Experience working within an OD or wider HR team,
  • The ability to build and manage effective relationships with other HR and learning professionals.
  • The ability to take ownership of pieces of work, and to and deliver on the intended outcomes
