Job Description

The Organisational Change Execution Team is end-to-end responsible for the people consequences and the implementation of organisational change. This means that the team is responsible for the chain of Social Plan activities in connection with a Request for Advice (RFA) and ensures a consistent application of agreed policies and processes.

As an Organisational Change Execution Advisor, you support and carry out activities in the areas of the Social Plan, work-to-work programmes, and QBR epics. You advise the Business and HR Business Partners on people-related consequences within established frameworks and support the implementation of instruments from the Social Plan within advisory requests. You handle complex epics and advisory requests and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Inform, advise, and challenge the Business and HRBP on personnel consequences.

  • Implement social plan instruments.

  • Handle complex epics and RFA’s and fully implement new organisations.

  • Knowledge transfer and process improvement.

  • Contributing to knowledge sharing, documentation, knowledge sessions and process improvements within and beyond the team.

  • Workflow management and administration of Power Automate or AI solutions.

  • Mobility Lead: Supporting the guidance of redundant employees and executing related manager tasks in Workday.

What do you bring?

  • At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.

  • Proven track record in organisational change.

  • Solid knowledge of Workday orgstudio and project management.

  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes in organisational change and mobility.

  • Excellent skills in data and reporting. You understand which data streams are interesting and necessary for exchange with Mobility partners. You can translate ideas into practical solutions and tools, creating logical and efficient end-to-end processes. You are not afraid of the latest developments in this field.

  • Extensive experience in mobility and contract management (at least 5 years).

  • Ability to manage mobility partners and optimize collaboration.

  • Experience in stakeholder management is essential.

  • Experience with large-scale organisational change processes and knowledge of change management principles, methods, and tools.

  • Several years of experience in capacity management, prioritisation, project‑based working in a coordinating role, and the ability to manage multiple tracks in parallel while monitoring different timelines.

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external mobility partners.

  • A hands‑on, can‑do mindset.
