Temporary position for 12 months
Note : the training for this position (first 3 months) will have a 100% on site work arrangement. After that it will be hybrid (2 days in office)
As an Advisor, OAW Administrative Services, you would play a key role in improving business processes and operational efficiency across Mail Services, Transactional Printing, and Scanning workflows. This position leads and contributes to strategic initiatives and development projects, requiring strong knowledge of the OAW environment. The Advisor analyzes business needs, identifies opportunities for improvement, and develops actionable solutions aligned with organizational priorities. They collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Ontario and Quebec to support project delivery and ensure operational excellence. More specifically you would be required to;
Develop and implement solutions, action plans, and process improvements
Analyze data, conduct studies, and provide recommendations and reporting
Lead or support projects and coordinate implementation activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to resolve issues and improve workflows
Drive process optimization initiatives, including automation and workflow transitions
Ensure risk management & compliance procedures are in place and adhered to

What you bring to the table
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Advanced understanding of workflow/processes within OAW
Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning, Plans and aligns
