As a member/client service advisor – sales, you help maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help manage, monitor and resolve distressed loans and bad debt of particular or unusual type. You negotiate with practitioners up to your discretionary limit in accordance with current practices. You carry out the necessary steps with the customers to recover the amounts due and minimize the losses. You represent Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with clients. You also have opportunities to establish and negotiate product and service terms in accordance with current standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
