About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Human Resources, the Advisor, Human Resources (HR) is responsible for leading and assisting with broad range of HR services. You will be a key figure supporting central services and have the opportunity to build relationships with employees across diverse departments and at all levels of the business.

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Create and maintain pro-active, effective, and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to provide advice, guidance, and counsel on HR matters
Execute key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
Participate in talent management activities for client group including succession planning, performance management and talent development
Support employee development and training programs through communication, education, and recommendation of various internal and external programs
Assist in the implementation, and administration of human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law
Investigate employee relations issues including employee matters and performance issues while maintaining confidentiality, consistency, and sensitivity
Act as a key user of SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) by maintaining and updating employee data in support of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and reporting activities
Support and participate in the disability management process
Minimum two years related human resources experience
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
