This is a great opportunity to join our South West Maintenance Team working on a local Kwinana shutdown. We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for an immediate start. This position is a great opportunity to progress in your career whilst playing a key role in our operational support team. The Role

  • Providing expert HSE advice and guidance in alignment with company standards, legislation and client expectations.
  • Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Championing a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, training sessions and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with HSE objectives.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate HSE reports, records and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using HSE management databases
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Engage confidently and openly with team members, colleagues and clients
