The House of Commons’ Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Advisor, HR Planning position for a term opportunity through the end of the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
This professional development opportunity is restricted to employees of Human Resources Services.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, HRS Strategy Planning and Execution, you will provide strategic expertise to advance HRS business priorities and strengthen human resources planning. In this role, you will lead research, analysis and planning activities that support HRS priorities, engagement plan and long-term objectives. You will assess the interdependencies between HRS initiatives and House of Commons priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the development of action plans and recommendations that support Human Resources Services effectiveness.
