The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Government and Interest Holder Relations Advisor to support and advance our engagement with government and key interest holder organizations. As the Government and Interest Holder Relations Advisor, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and executing BC Ferries' engagement activities guided by our corporate engagement framework. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of engagement strategies, ensuring BC Ferries is well-prepared for interactions with government and interest holders by providing strategic analysis, developing high-quality materials, and supporting consistent, evidence-based engagement.

Additional information
The target salary range: $83,500 - $104,300 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.

From our early beginnings with just two vessels operating on a single route, today we have grown to be one of the largest and most complex ferry systems in the world, with 37 vessels supporting 25 routes along 1,600 kilometres of coastline.
