Advisor Engagement Manager

The Opportunity

Private equity firm is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Senior Associate, Ecosystem Engagement to join its New York office.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and partner engagement, supporting initiatives across the growing network of wealth management partner firms. Working closely with the Vice President and cross-functional teams, the role will help coordinate strategic initiatives, analyze and report on business performance, support partner communications, and ensure important projects move from planning through execution.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical work with relationship management and project execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with senior stakeholders, and bringing structure and follow-through to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, including management consulting, corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, wealth management, business operations, or other analytical and strategy-oriented roles.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Vice President in managing ongoing relationships and initiatives across the network of partner firms.
• Coordinate regular communication, meetings, follow-up activities, and deliverables with partner firms.
• Help plan and execute quarterly business reviews, including gathering information, developing materials, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-up.
• Support portfolio reporting, transaction closings, partner onboarding, and other recurring ecosystem initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, financial analyses, and management reporting for Merchant leadership and partner firms.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Business Intelligence, Investment, and other internal teams to gather information and drive initiatives forward.
• Track strategic and operational projects across multiple partner firms, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and next steps remain visible and on schedule.
• Maintain reporting tools, documentation, project plans, and other resources used to manage partner initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, communication, and execution as the partner network continues to grow.
• Help develop and implement scalable best practices across the ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate finance, operations, private equity, wealth management, investment banking, or another analytical, strategy, or project-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial and business information.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing presentations, financial analyses, dashboards, or management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand broader business objectives.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a high degree of ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities may evolve.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with registered investment advisors (RIAs), wealth management firms, professional services organizations, private equity firms, or private equity-backed businesses is preferred.
