This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 3 days a week at our corporate offices in Saint Pete, FL.
The Early Careers advisor is an integral role supporting the Early Careers Development team and contributing to the overall success of pipeline programs through a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination. The role will support development managers with the day-to-day planning and execution of onboarding sessions, ongoing development, and social events for new and alumni analyst talent. Workday course creation and other learning resources, applying best practices in adult learning to enhance program effectiveness. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development managers and internal partners are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Applies advanced administrative skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned pipeline programs and initiatives
Schedules, reports, and tracks meetings and information for Career Catalyst program
Assists in preparing, reviewing, and delivering of program materials and presentations
Collects data for preparation of various reports, budgets, attendance, and variance analyses
Manages the completion of tasks against project plans to ensure progress is made and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
Assists in the preparation of learning journeys, maintains shared program sites (e.g., sharepoint, Smartsheet) and enters rosters in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Partners with concierge team to plan and coordinate program events, such as trainings and networking events
Create and maintain sessions in Workday LMS; monitor registrations, rosters, completions, and attendance reports.
Trouble shoot basic technical issues on Zoom, Teams, and Workday.
Gather feedback and survey data to inform program effectiveness.

Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other learning and development tools

Proficiency with office software, tools and databases (Smartsheet preferred)
