Equitable Advisors' Wealth Management team is seeking a Program Management Professional to provide essential support to the Advisor & Manager Journey Team. This role blends program management with hands-on facilitation, coach-like guidance, and experience design to elevate advisor and leader development across the Equitable Advisors.

What You'll Be Doing

Program Strategy & Ownership

• Own the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Advisor Growth & Leadership Development programming.

• Partner with senior leaders to define program objectives, success metrics, and learning outcomes aligned to the Advisor Journey.

• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned.

Advisor & Leadership Development Programming

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Advisor Growth and Leadership Development programming with a strong focus on participant experience and learning outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end program experience for Elite Leaders & Top 10, including curriculum coordination, speaker management and execution to ensure an executive level experience.

• Host and manage Vice President (VP) and Executive Vice President (EVP) Induction programs.

• Oversee execution of the Wealth Planner Academy, including program planning, vendor relationship management, data reporting & cross-team coordination.

Agenda & Speaker Management

• Design agendas and session flows that support adult learning principles, reflection, discussion, and application.

• Prepare and coach internal and external speakers to ensure content is aligned, engaging, and delivered with clarity and confidence.

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for speakers and facilitators, offering guidance before, during, and after sessions.

Program Implementation & Execution

• Act as a live-session facilitator, ensuring smooth transitions and active participation.

• Manage program budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships in support of high-quality development experiences.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration plus up to 10% travel for business needs.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in program management, learning & development, coaching, facilitation, or a related role
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration or ability to acquire within 120 days of employment
  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership development programs
  • Strong presence and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 8 to 12 times per year based on business needs

Skills

Curriculum Design: Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques of curriculum design; ability to develop an instructional delivery system that meets the learning needs of a given population in a timely fashion.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Group Facilitation: Knowledge of group facilitation best practices and ability to design and facilitate a group process, elicit contributions from group members, stimulate a focused group discussion, and achieve a desired outcome.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Sales Training: Knowledge of sales training methodologies; ability to ensure that sales and sales management employees have the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic sales objectives.

Training Needs Analysis: Knowledge of tools, techniques and methods of training needs analyses; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
