• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations or a related discipline.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related discipline with experience in media relations preferred.
• You are an exceptional communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills in both English and French.
• You are highly versatile, with a proven ability to lead and deliver multiple, complex projects in parallel.
• You bring strong project management skills and thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
• You demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and composure when navigating ambiguity or sensitive situations.
• You have experience working with senior executives and contributing to strategic communications initiatives.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
• You have experience in aerospace, defense, or other complex, technical industries (a strong asset).
• You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to turn challenges into opportunities.
