Manejo de cartera
Liderazgo y desarrollo equipo vendedores tercerizados
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategia de ventas para el canal tradicional en los diferentes ambientes de compra.
Supervisar y liderar los vendedores indirectos de los distribuidores, proporcionar coaching y capacitación para mejorar su desempeño.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de sell out, efectivas de venta, impactos, cobertura, clientes nuevos, codificación npds, drop size.
Asegurar la capacitación de los nuevos vendedores sobre la estrategia de Mondelez.
Acompañamiento en campo para asegurar cobertura de zonas (deben garantizar el balanceo que para preventa son 360 cliente – Viajera entre 280 y 300).
Proporcionar información continua de indicadores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los mismos.
Job specific requirements:
Manejo de Office, Excel nivel intermedio.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en el área comercial consumo masivo canal tradicional mayoristas, preferiblemente liderando equipos de venta.
Contar con vehículo propio y licencia de conducción vigente.
Habilidad y análisis numérico
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Habilidades comunicativas y de negociación.
Habilidades analíticas para manejo de inventarios, facturación
Visión estratégica para identificar oportunidades de negocio
